Do my tickets expire?
Once you've purchased a Go Los Angeles pass, you'll have up to a year to use it. As soon as you activate your pass, it'll be valid for the number of days you've purchased over a 14 day period for the All-Inclusive pass. If it's an Explorer or Builds Your Own pass, you will have up to 30 days to see your attractions after activation.

Can other people use my Los Angeles pass?
No. Once a pass is activated (by using it at an attraction), it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person.
Do I need to make reservations to enter attractions?
Most attractions will let you scan your pass and go straight in, but a few will require reservations beforehand. Please check the individual attraction pages to see whether you'll need to make a reservation.

How does the Explorer pass work?
The Explorer pass is perfect for sightseers who are visiting a city for longer and want to take their time seeing the sights without much of a time constraint. With the Explorer pass, you can choose the number of attractions you're interested in seeing, either 3, 4, 5, or 7. Once you've activated your pass by visiting an attraction, you'll then have up to 30 days to visit the rest. There is no need to choose which attractions you'd like to see before you purchase the card, you can pick and choose any of the Explorer attractions as you go. This allows you to change your mind and wait and see how you feel in the moment. The more attractions you choose the more you'll save, and you can save up to 60% on attraction ticket prices with this product.
